BOOKING CONDITION , CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES

We use selection of High Quality Product such as MAC,Laura Mercier, Dior, Channel, Bobbi  Brown, Lancome, Estee Lauder,
Giorgio Armani, Shisedo, Crayolan Cosmetics. All products are allergy & ophthalmologist tested.

The above price are valid for service provided in Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian & Canggu Area
Additional charge apply on the following cases:
Rp.500.000 – for service required in Tabanan, Ubud or Gianyar
Rp. 1.500.000 – for service required in Negara, Singaraja or Karang Asem
Rp. 500.000 – for service time on late evening from 6 PM or Early Morning before 6 AM
There will be no additional charge during Sunday, Public or National Holidays,
However confirmation will subject to the operational and staffing availability

Payment in full must be settled on the day of treatment required.
The prices are reasonable and affordable. Deposit condition by Bank Transfer is not necessary to avoid complication.
However, any cancellation on the same day will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

The balance of payment shall be settled on the day of service expected to provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 30 (thirty) day prior to wedding is 10 % from the total price
• 14 (fourteen) day prior to wedding is 30 % from the total price
• 7 (seven) day prior to wedding is 50 % from the total price
• No show is 100 % from the total price

For rental service, we apply return procedure follow :

*    Rental item must be returned one day after the wedding day. Late return will be charged at US$ 30 net / day for wedding gown, tuxedo, bridesmaid gown, evening gown and accessories.

*    Damage deposit for wedding Dress is required at US$ 200 net and to cover such damage caused by cigarette burns or items accidentally torn, rips, and tares. Deposit will return in full if no damage occurred, or non-refundable if damage is ocurred. Otherwise, other spesial discussion by both parties shall have mutually agree in advance.

*    Damage deposit on accessories is required at the equivalent to 10% on the item rental prices. Otherwise, other spesial discussion by both parties met shall have mutually agree in advance.

*    In any rental item lost case, a full payment of item price must be settled by client. Otherwise, spesial agreement may be made to compromise the potential lost either Parties my suffer.

The validity of this contract is form immediate to Des.31,2012. in any case that need to confirm bookings beyond Desember 2012  but new rates have not been released, House of Leonardo Bridal Salon will honor to accept this rate valid for such case.
